The ASK announced the winners of the “Entrepreneur of the Future” competition

Today, the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASK) announced the winners of the essay competition on “Entrepreneur of the Future” which was held on the occasion of the June 1 – International Children’s Day.

At the event held in “Landmark” business center, “Small entrepreneurs” were awarded prizes by the ASK and “Ofisait”, a member of İnci group of companies.

It should be noted that 25 pupils in 8-11, 12-15 age groups submitted entries to the competition. A six-member jury evaluated the entries on a point system in several categories.

According to ASK Deputy Secretary General Narmin Ganiyeva, the purpose of the “Entrepreneur of the Future” competition is to contribute to the formation of an entrepreneurial culture among children.

“Entrepreneurship should be formed at an early age. The foundation of every big business starts with small steps, “N.Ganiyeva said.

“Ofisait” department head and a member of the jury Ilkin Rufullayev also congratulated the winners and wished them success in their future studies. Congratulating all the children on the occasion of June 1 – International Children’s Day, ASK President’s Adviser Farid Valizadeh and ASK Deputy Secretary General Kristina Mammadova praised the business ideas in the submitted essays.

It should be noted that the ASK, which has successfully implemented the “Do not look for a workplace, create a workplace yourself” and “Start your business” projects, has announced that the “Entrepreneur of the Future” competition will be held on a regular basis to instill entrepreneurial ideas among children.

Thus, we present the names of the winners of the competition and their points:

1st place – Farid Arifli, 12 years old – 47 points. Gozlu village school named after M.Safarov of Lachin region, 6th grade

2nd place – Omar Sharifzade, 9 years old – 45 points. School No. 10, 2nd grade

3rd place – Yusif Jabili, 9 years old – 44 points. School No. 263, 3rd grade
