A seminar on “Ensuring food safety based on HACCP principles” was held
On August 23, a seminar on “Ensuring food safety based on HACCP principles” was held by the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation and with the support of the Azerbaijan Food Safety Institute.
Mr. Elvin Guliyev, senior specialist of the Azerbaijan Food Safety Institute, spoke about the history of HACCP, its purpose, principles of operation and results of the system in the seminar.
A wide presentation was given to entrepreneurs about the requirements and mechanisms of HACCP, which is one of the main changes made to the law on food safety.
Questions of entrepreneurs were also answered at the seminar.
