SUMMARY:Seminar on raising capital through equity financing held for entrepreneurs in Ganja
DESCRIPTION:Seminar on the topic of “Financing through the  capital markets and the corporate governance” was held  in Ganja city  with  the organization of Financial Markets Supervisory Authority and the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations  of  Azerbaijan Republic. \nThe rrepresentatives of FIMSA  and Baku Stock Exchange made presentations in the event atteneded by  more than 70 entrepreneurs  from Ganja-Qazakh  economic district. \nPresentations were about the topics such as  “Financing  through capital markets”\, “Listing advisory program”\,“State register of movable property”\, “Protecting investorrights in the capital markets and raising awareness \nVice president of AEC- Vugar Zeynalov addressed the event and  invited the  entrepreneurs to benefit from financing through capital markets  as an alternative to classic financing tools. \nThe presentations dedicated to the capital markets\, informed about the ways of attracting funds by the means of capital markets\, emission of stocks and bonds\,  access  to listing of Stock Exchanges\, corporate governancen and  other issues related to capital market. \nThe representative of Business development team of Baku Stock Exchange spoke about “Listing Advisory Program” in his speech. It was stated that “Listing \nAdvisory Program”  was created by the Baku Stock Exchange in order to eliminate the illiteracy of people about capital markets.“The program gives  professional support  for free of charge to companies  willing to finance through   capital markets but are not informed about this market. \nAt the end of the event representatives of FIMSA and Baku Stock Exchange have answered the questions  of entrepreneurs. \n  \n
