Mammad Musayev met with the Minister of Agriculture

President of the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers’) of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mammad Musayev met with Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan Inam Karimov.

During the meeting with representatives of both organizations, Mammad Musayev shared his views on the work done by the nuclear power plant, its activities in the regions, the current situation in the agrarian sector and measures that will stimulate the development of the agricultural sector.

Mammad Musayev stressed the importance of cooperation in expanding the activity of associations in Azerbaijan, strengthening their material and technical base and expanding their coverage. M. Musayev noted that close cooperation with the International Labor Organization can be used to implement international experience in this field.

Minister Inam Karimov expressed that the ministry attaches great importance to cooperation with associations and creates a department of farmers, cooperatives and associations. Inam Karimov also noted that the programs on the development of associations were prepared and that various trainings will be held for the members of the association.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on various proposals for the development of the agricultural sector.
