For the first time the nationwide competition on CSR projects announcedin Azerbaijan
Today, the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASK), PROACTIV PR, Eurasia International Relations and Research Public Union, as well as several state agencies, announced the nationwide competition for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) a press conference was held.
The report says that the main goal of the project is to boost the number of Corporate Social Responsibility projects and charity projects undertaken by entrepreneurship entities in Azerbaijan, and to reaffirm the commitment of CSR projects to a broader scale.
The project will last until November 15, starting from today. The approved projects will be evaluated by commission members on anonymous basis and will be awarded by the Corporate Social Responsibility National Award and a special diploma for companies that have successfully implemented CSR projects in various sectors and nominations on December 21, 2018.
According to the terms of participation in the competition, information about the CSR project (or philanthropic work) carried out by the company in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2016-2018 should be sent to the e-mail, photo, video materials and media outlets confirming the project’s implementation, detailed information about the description (purpose, budget, ownership area, beneficiaries, etc.).
The Commission is composed of the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship, Economic Reform Analysis and Communication Center, “ASAN Service”, National Council of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, The State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs, ASK, PROACTIVE PR, and the Eurasia International Relations and Research Public Union.
