Cooperation Between ASK And “British Council” Was Discussed

A new stage of cooperation between the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation and “British Council” will begin. In this regard, the meeting was held between ASK and “British Council”.

According to words of Samr Shah, Head of “British Council” Baku office,

Several projects have been held in Azerbaijan in this field. Education, culture and other areas exist among these projects.

Speaking about the “Creative Spark” project, S.Shah said that in support of the United Kingdom, it is a five-year initiative designed to promote inter-university and institutional collaboration at the international level in order to improve business skills and creative economy in Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan), in South Caucasus (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia) and in Ukraine (seven countries in total).

To support higher education reform and contribute to reducing unemployment and promoting business education, the program is expected to support more than 10,000 students and young entrepreneurs in its first year.

ASK Vice-President, Vugar Zeynalov is trying to create business and develop entrepreneurial thinking of “Creative Spark” project. V.Zeynalov emphasized that cooperation in field of development of vocational education and preparation of business start-ups would give positive results. V.Zeynalov noted that an essay on “My future profession” will be held. At the same time, he said that ASK cooperation with the “British Council” on “Improve your business” project will be successful.
