Russian export mission visited Azerbaijan

A group of Russian businessmen has been in business trip to Azerbaijan on 4-6 December.

Entrepreneurs representing Orenburg region, with organization of Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation (ASK), ASK Business Consulting (ABK) and Russia’s “Экспо–Контракт” organization, met with Azerbaijani companies, government officials and representatives.

Russian companies that offering their products and services at B2B meetings expressed a great interest in Azerbaijani market.

Darya Makarova, head of Export Support Center of Orenburg Region, said that Azerbaijan has a large market and many products are imported from Russia to our country.

“Azerbaijan has been included as one of our priority markets from starting 2020. We have studied your market and know your needs. It is known that Baku is developing always, and that’s why there is a representative of construction materials sector among our companies. At the same time, entrepreneurs involved in agriculture and packaging are also participating. We are ready to support any entrepreneur who wants to work in Azerbaijan, “Makarova said and reminded historical friendship of our nations.

The head of center emphasized friendship of nations of Russia and Azerbaijan, knowing what we need. According to her, cooperation plans for the near future are ready already.

Kvarch Georgi Bogdanovich, Project Manager of Export Support Center, gave information about activities of the center. He said that Center, that supports entrepreneurs in subsidizing exports, factoring, preparing deals, helps to reduce all risks of entrepreneurs related to exports.

“We plan to hold an exhibition of our products in Azerbaijan. We think that along with products we bring to your country, Azerbaijani products have to be demonstrated at the exhibition, which can be interesting for Russian market. We plan to implement taking reciprocal approach to business and meet needs of both countries, “- said Mr. Bogdanovich.
