A meeting of the “Management Commission” operating within the ASK was held

The meeting of the “Management Commission” operating within the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation was held.

At the meeting, a new chairman of the commission was elected – Jamid Movsumov. Discussions were held on the future activities of the commission and the work plan was announced.

Then it was decided to form working groups within the Commission – “Successful adaptation of transformations in business”, “The role of human capital in digitalization”.

The main goal of the working group on the basis of “Successful adaptation of transformations in business” is to contribute to the successful transformation of organizations operating in our country in accordance with trends in the digital world. The working group which is headed by Edgar Abdullayev will initially operate with 7 members. Members are purposefully selected from distinct fields. An expert from Turkey has also been recruited in the committee.

Working group of “The role of human capital in digitalization” – to contribute to the process of professional and digital organization of human resources activities, aims to lavish upon the modern experience in the implementation of automation of the recruitment process. The participation of foreign professionals in the working group headed by Chimnaz Gasimova was also ensured.

The working group also plans to fulfill the “Special Managers Development Program”. Program which is a special qualification program of management has been received a preliminary agreement in along with the Bahcesehir University of Turkey.
