New production facilities were presented in Nakhchivan

The Tudor Logistics and Industry Center, established by Cahan Holding, will play an important role in meeting the population’s demand for essential food products. There are production areas for sugar production and packaging of powdered sugar, cereals and tea have been established. Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov launched the enterprise.

The enterprise with an annual production capacity of 4,880 tons will produce 57 types of products, including sugar, powdered sugar, cereals and tea packaging. In addition to the production area, there is a warehouse for finished products and raw materials, a dining room, 5 study rooms, a meeting room, a laboratory and other service rooms. The warehouse created at the enterprise will provide storage of strategic food products, which will contribute to the uninterrupted supply of demand for these products by the population and local enterprises and the protection of the domestic market.

Speaking at the event, Minister of Economy of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Tapdig Aliyev said that along with other sectors of the economy, special attention is paid to the development of industry in the autonomous republic, the existing resources are involved in production.

Vice-President of the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation, Chairman of the Nakhchivan Entrepreneurs Confederation Vugar Abbasov expressed gratitude on behalf of entrepreneurs.
