The Management Commission of the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation reports on its work in 2021

The Management Commission of the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which is distinguished by activity, reported the jobs that had been done in 2021.

At the opening remark, the chairman of the commission Jamid Movsumov made a brief presentation of the work done over the past year. According to him, meetings of businessmen with students were organized, webinars were held on social networks, as well as speeches of commission members on TV and radio on modern management methods applied in the world, increasing labor productivity, decent work successfully performed, at the same time creation of social network channels have been done. J.Movsumov also informed about his participation in the meeting of the 3rd General Assembly of the Turkic Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Turkish Business Forum in Istanbul.

The chairman of the commission made a detailed presentation on the plans for 2022. According to the presentation, the Management Commission plans to launch a management qualification project, publish blogs and books on modern forms of management, as well as prepare “Virtual Studio” programs that will add new quality to the educational process.

Commission member Elvin Mahmudov voiced his proposals on plans for 2022 and proposed to develop certain guidelines based on “cases” in management. At the same time, the commission touched upon the responsibilities of the commission in meeting the need for professional management personnel for the development of business entities to be established in our liberated territories.

The head of ASK Business Consulting, Shabnam Nuriyeva, briefed the commission members on the upcoming projects and noted the positive results of the cooperation.

Vice President of the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation Vugar Zeynalov praised the work of the Commission. He made proposals on the use of TRIZ methods in management, corporate governance rules, accountability, risk management, systematization, branding.

The meeting of the commission ended with a discussion of current issues.
