The Jordan-Azerbaijan Investment Forum was held in Amman

The Jordan-Azerbaijan Investment Forum was held on April 17 in Amman, Jordan. At the forum, welcoming remarks made by Jordanian Minister of Investment Kheiry Amr, Chairman of the Jordanian Business Association Hamdi Tabbaa, Chairman of the Management Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan Orkhan Mammadov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Eldar Salimov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Then, there were presentations on investment opportunities in Jordan and Azerbaijan, as well as companies participating in the Forum from both countries. At the same time, Ehtiram Muslimov, Chief Specialist of the International Relations and Sustainable Development Department of the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation made a presentation.

During the forum, the sides exchanged views on investment opportunities, free economic zones and industrial parks in Jordan and Azerbaijan.

During the event, the ASK representative met with Tariq Hijazi, Director General of the Jordan Business Association, Salahaldeen Al Beetar, Chairman of the Aqaba Hotels Association, and other guests.

In addition, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Jordan Business Association and the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
