Businessmen who joined the Gulf Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkey held B2B meetings with Azerbaijani entrepreneurs

Businessmen included in the Korfez Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Koceli region) held bilateral meetings organized by the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation. Mr. Zakir Azimov, vice-president of the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation, opened the meeting, welcomed Turkish entrepreneurs and said that our joint cooperation will bring good results for our countries and peoples. Chairman of the Board of the Korfez Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Recep Öztürk, said that the residents of the Korfez region were engaged in agriculture at first, and now it was one of the top five industrial regions of Türkiye. He informed about the role of entrepreneurs for the development of trade relations in increasing the trade turnover between our countries. “It is important to raise the level of trade between both countries. Investigations have been started to facilitate trade,” said Recep Ozturk. Then there was a video-presentation of the Korfez Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Deputy Secretary General Mr. Fuad Humbatov made a presentation of the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation. It should be noted that the high-level representatives included the department head of the General Department of Consumer Protection and Market Control of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, the deputy chairman of the Korfez Municipality, the president of the Maritime Chamber of Commerce, the chairman of the Board and the head of the Korfez Chamber of Commerce and Industry Presidium. The companies participating in the B2B meetings covered sectors such as construction, architecture, transport, energy, law, maritime, communication, technology, labor protection and safety, advertising, engineering.
