Mammad Musayev: “We achieved this dream, we held a forum of businessmen of Turkic countries in Shusha, yesterday”

An event was organized at the Embassy of Türkiye in Azerbaijan on the occasion of awarding the President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye and the Turkic Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Rifat Hisarchıklıoğlu with the “Order of Friendship”.

Speaking at the event, Ambassador H.E. Cahit Bağcı emphasized the role of businessmen in further strengthening the brotherhood between our countries and highly appreciated Rifat Hısarcıklıoğlu’s activity in this field.

Mr. Mammad Musayev, President of the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation, said that Mr. Rifat Hısarcıklıoğlu supported Azerbaijan and its rightful war during the 44-day war. the ASK President reminded the extraordinary meeting of the Turkic Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Baku on November 2, 2020, before the end of the war, “at that time Mr. Rifat said that God willing, we will hold the next forum in Shusha. We achieved this dream, we held a forum of businessmen of Turkic countries in Shusha yesterday”, he said, and thanked R. Hisarcıklıoğlu for his tireless work in establishing the unity and cooperation of businessmen of Turkic states.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Management Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Vugar Zeynalov, Mr. Vugar Abbasov, vice-presidents of the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation, members of the Presidium Ms. Sakina Babayeva, Mr. Cemal Yangin and other member businessmen.
