A meeting was held between the Public Council under the Ministry of Economy and the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation

The next meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Economy on April 18 was dedicated to the development of the private sector in our country, issues faced by entrepreneurs and public-private cooperation in solving them. The representatives and members of the Presidium of the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASK) took part in the discussions.

At the event where the results of the steps taken to support the business environment and entrepreneurs in Azerbaijan were discussed, the steps taken by the ASK in this direction were brought to attention. There was an exchange of views on the communication mechanisms of the entrepreneurs with the ASK, the model of forwarding incoming proposals and complaints by the ASK.

The parties specially noted the importance of the preparation of normative-legal acts, changes to the legislative acts regulating activity in the field of entrepreneurship, and the participation of businessmen and public associations represented by them in the law-making process in general.

At the meeting, proposals were put forward on cooperation topics with the members of the Public Council and the questions of the members of the Council were answered.
