A Meeting Was Held With Canadian Businessmen

A meeting was held between the representatives of the Canadian Eurasian Chamber of Commerce and the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation.

Canadian businessmen said that they visited our country to get acquainted with Azerbaijan’s oil and gas, mining and education sectors.

Frank Kense, head of the Canadian Eurasian Chamber of Commerce, noted that this organization is an independent non-profit organization that promotes bilateral trade and investment and represents more than 100 commercial and individual members. Canadian entrepreneurs who offer services and technological solutions related to the oil and gas extraction sector of Azerbaijan have said that they will participate in the energy week to be held in Baku.

Fuad Humbatov, Deputy Secretary General of the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation, informed the guests about ASK and said that large oil and gas companies operating in our country, as well as companies working in the mining industry, are active members of ASK.

He informed the guests about the favorable business environment and investment opportunities in Azerbaijan and answered their questions.
