A conference was held in Nakhchivan on the topic “Climate change impact on labor protection”

April 28, a conference on “The impact of climate change on labor protection” International Day of Labor Protection and dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, was held in Nakhchivan.

Fuad Najafli, the authorized representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Sahil Babayev, the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, Vugar Abbasov, the Vice President of Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation, and other state representatives made speeches and panel discussions were held at the conference.

At the event, employers with positive experience in the field of labor protection and NGOs contributing to public education about labor and social rights were awarded.

The letter of thanks to Sabir Imanov, the branch manager of Avromed Nakhchivan LLC, was presented by Vugar Abbasov, the vice-president of Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation.
