The delegation of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye and Eastern Anatolia Exporters Union visited Nakhchivan

The delegation led by Mustafa Yavuz, department head of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, visited the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan for two days. As part of the visit, the guests visited the monument of our national leader and Heydar Aliyev Museum in Nakhchivan. With the initiative of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with the support of the authorized representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan, the Trade Representative of Azerbaijan in Türkiye, and the organization of the Ministry of Economy of the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan and the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Nakhchivan, a meeting was held on “Azerbaijan-Türkiye trade relations: export opportunities of Nakhchivan”. Officials and entrepreneurs from both sides participated in the meeting.

Vugar Abbasov, the chairman of the Entrepreneurs Confederation of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, talked about the beneficial cooperation relations between the businessmen of both countries.

Emphasizing the importance of trade in bilateral cooperation, Vice President of Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation, Chairman of Entrepreneurs Confederation of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vugar Abbasov noted that trend of increasing trade turnover between Nakhchivan and Turkey continues.
Later the presentations of the Ministry of Economy of the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan about the economy, agriculture, tourism and export potential of the autonomous republic were heard.
