A meeting between Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation and Tabriz Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Mines was held

A meeting between the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Tabriz Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Mines was held on January 14. The meeting was mediated by the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Azerbaijan and chaired by ASK President Mammad Musayev.

Opening the meeting in an online format, Mammad Musayev said that our country had won the 44-day Patriotic War under the wise policy and command of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, and construction work had begun in our liberated lands. He noted that new opportunities have opened for the further development of Iranian-Azerbaijani economic cooperation.

Chairman of the Tabriz Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Mines Younes Zhaeleh congratulated Azerbaijan on the victory and informed about the business opportunities of Tabriz businessmen and industrial complexes of Tabriz. The members of the chamber expressed interest in participating in agricultural machinery, agricultural processing industry, construction work in Karabakh.

Iran-Azerbaijan Joint Trade Chamber co-chair Ramiz Rzayev said that he was ready to support the expansion of relations between entrepreneurs of the two countries and conducting of markets. It was decided at the meeting that Tabriz companies should submit their proposals in writing to the ASK and discuss these proposals with relevant government agencies. At the same time, relevant preparations have been made for the signing of a MoU on cooperation between the Tabriz Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Mines and the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation and the holding of a business forum.
