Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation and Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry signed a Memorandum of Understanding
On November 4, the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASK) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
The online meeting was attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Khazar Farhadov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Republic of Azerbaijan Bilal Hayee, President of the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mammad Musayev, Vice President of the Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry Mian Nasir Khan, and entrepreneurs from both countries.
The ambassadors stressed the establishment of high diplomatic relations between the two countries and Pakistan’s support for Azerbaijan in the cause of justice. They expressed readiness to support the development of economic cooperation between our countries.
Mammad Musayev positively assessed the steps taken in the direction of expanding ties between Azerbaijan and Pakistan.
“The signing of this memorandum coincides with a significant period for us. We celebrate the one-year anniversary of the glorious 44-day Patriotic War under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan H.E. Ilham Aliyev. As the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation, we are ready to support the expansion of economic relations between our countries in all areas.” said M.Musayev, noting that the memorandum will act as a bridge between entrepreneurs of both countries.
Then, the presentations of the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation, the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the Pakistan-Azerbaijan Economic Cooperation Chamber were demonstrated.
The memorandum covers issues of supporting the development of economic ties between countries, choosing areas for joint activities, identifying projects, and other issues.
