In his turn, Mr. Yusef Khalawi, spoke about the future activities of ICCIA and invited the President of the Confederation to the Global Muslim Business Forum to be held in Malaysia in 2023. Mr. Yusef Khalawi also suggested to hold the  ICCIA’s Board of Directors meeting in Azerbaijan in May 2023 and to organize the Sustainable Agriculture Forum within the framework of the meeting.

In his opinion, consideration given to organization of an exhibition within the forum, as well as visiting the traditional agricultural regions of Azerbaijan are efficient measures. The Secretary-General noted that the organization of such visits to the agricultural regions of Karabakh, where accelerated construction works are currently under way, may be attractive and of interest to investors.
