The Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture (ICCIA) in collaboration
with the Council of Saudi Chambers is organizing the 9th Forum for Businesswomen in
Islamic Countries, under the theme of: “Investment Opportunities in the Islamic World”, at
the premises of the Council of Saudi Chambers in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on May
25, 2016. The Forum will be held concurrently with the 15th Trade Fair of the Member States
of the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC). The Forum aims at enhancing the
institutional role in creating sustainable channels to explore investment opportunities in
Islamic Countries.
The opening ceremony will include keynote addresses by leading figures in the
Islamic world, followed by discussions on the following topics:
· The institutional role in enhancing investment opportunities through the private
sectors in Islamic Countries.
· Investment opportunities and strengthening economic empowerment of women in
Islamic countries.
There will be Business-to-Business meetings between Businesswomen from different
sectors.
