Trade And Economic Mission Of Kazakhstan In Baku Was Successful

On September 9-11, a business forum was held in Baku with the participation of entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan jointly organized by the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) and the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation (ASK).

The trade and economic mission of the entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan conducted bilateral B2B meetings with the business community of Azerbaijan, as well as several other countries of the Turkic World in Baku.

The trade-economic mission was attended by 19 commodity producers from Kazakhstan in the field of food products, metallurgy and metal processing, IT services, construction and mechanical engineering, and more than 70 buyer companies from Azerbaijan.

Meetings were held with major trade networks and distributors of Azerbaijan.

At the end of the negotiations and meetings, a number of export agreements and memorandum of cooperation were signed.

Especially with Azerbaijani partners, locomotive, metal steppe, furniture, salt, confectionery, etc. agreement on supply has been reached.

According to the Ministry of Trade and Integration of Kazakhstan, the total cost of contracts concluded in Baku amounted to 32.9 million dollars. Businessmen continue the negotiation process on the supply of their products to Azerbaijan.
